This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
You may be eligible to return a product under the following conditions:
Timeframe: The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or invoice must be provided for any return or refund request.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that are physically damaged after delivery.
Items that have been installed or used.
Custom orders or specially procured equipment.
Software, licenses, or downloadable services once activated.
Products purchased under discounted clearance sale.
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
If the product is out of stock after you’ve made the payment.
If the delivered item is defective or not functioning and cannot be replaced.
If the installation cannot be completed due to reasons on our part.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
In case of UPI or bank transfers, ensure correct details are shared.
Note: Shipping and installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault from our side.
Defective items under warranty will be replaced as per the manufacturer’s policy.
If a replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be initiated.
Replacement requests are subject to verification by our technical team.
Once AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services are activated, no full refund is provided.
In rare cases, if the AMC is canceled within the first 7 days, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative or service visit charges.
No refunds for missed service appointments or user-side delays.
