We provide products, CCTV AMC, and installation services across various sectors including residential societies, schools, factories, and more.

  2. Service Eligibility Our services are available to individuals and companies that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

  1. Products and Services All our products are sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and come with standard warranty as per brand policy.

Installation and AMC services are provided as per agreed timelines, and detailed scope of work is defined before project initiation.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

  1. Pricing and Payment Prices listed are subject to change without prior notice.

A formal quotation will be shared for large projects and AMC contracts.

Full or partial advance payment may be required before dispatch or installation.

We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.

  1. Warranty & Returns We honor the manufacturer’s warranty policies for all products supplied.

RMA processing for warranty issues is handled through our authorized channels with HIKVISION, CP Plus, and Dahua.

Returns and replacements are subject to company approval and must meet return conditions (unused, intact, original packaging).

  1. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) AMC contracts are valid for a fixed period, typically 12 months, and include periodic inspections, servicing, and technical support.

AMC does not cover hardware damage due to physical mishandling, natural disasters, or unauthorized tampering.

Service calls under AMC are prioritized and responded to within agreed timelines.

  1. Customer Responsibilities Ensure installation premises are ready and accessible as per the schedule.

Inform our team in advance of any constraints or changes in installation or service schedules.

Use the equipment responsibly and avoid any unauthorized modifications.

  1. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, and content related to KGN Group are the property of the company and may not be reused or redistributed without permission.

  2. Limitation of Liability KGN Group is not liable for damages caused by misuse of products or failure to follow installation and usage guidelines.

We are not responsible for any third-party losses or data breaches unless directly caused by our team’s negligence.

  1. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated or if misuse of systems is identified.

Termination of AMC services before expiry is subject to conditions and will not result in refunds unless approved by management.

  1. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
